Michael Phelps has retired as the most-decorated Olympian of all time. And as a retired 31-year-old superstar, Phelps will be living in the exclusive neighborhood of Paradise Valley, Ariz.
Phelps moved to Arizona in December 2015, so he could train for the Rio Olympics with Arizona State and USA Swimming coach Bob Bowman. Phelps plans to remain in Arizona and work with Bowman as a volunteer assistant at ASU.
To make the move feel more permanent, Phelps purchased a stunning 6,010-square-foot home with five bedrooms, 6.5 baths and a pool with views of Camelback Mountain.
