It’s rare that a flip over a defender in football ends with a perfect landing, but here’s a clip that you’ll watch a few times simply to figure out just how the running back in it pulled off the move.
This is Malik Johnson of the Alonso Ravens, and he’s incredible:
The reaction from the sidelines is pretty appropriate. That was insane. It’s a twisting 360 — actually, that might be a 540 — that leaves him ready for a rough landing, but Johnson somehow sticks it and still had some room to run.
It’s almost as good as Jerome Simpson’s front flip for a touchdown back in 2011.
