The 22 push-up challenge is for a very serious cause, but T.J. Oshie’s video for it is very, very cute.
To draw awareness to the number of veterans who commit suicide every day, Oshie did the push-ups and, like Chris Evans, got a little help from his family.
That’s Oshie’s adorable daughter Lyla joining him in the video and insistently tugging on his hand while she dances around in a cute stripped onsie that resembles an old-school, Victorian bathing suit.
When Oshie finally drops to do the 22, Lyla participates by executing her own little baby squats. It’s very, very cute because toddlers can’t really do push-ups.
To top it off, Oshie’s dog wanders into the frame for an epic yawn and stretch right at the end. It’s perfect.
