Notre Dame drew even with Texas after a shocking blocked PAT return

College football fans were treated to a crazy back-and-forth battle on Sunday night in Austin. Texas topped Notre Dame, 50-47, in overtime. But the Longhorns would have won the game in regulation if not for a blocked extra-point attempt and Notre Dame return.
Texas scored to go up 37-35 after a D’Onta Foreman touchdown run. Texas came on for the PAT, but with the play clock winding down, kicker Trent Domingue rushed to get his kick off. Texas got the snap off in time, but Domingue’s kick was low and blocked.

The Irish’s Shaun Crawford scooped the ball up and returned it for the game-tying, two-point score.
You won’t see a better Sunday night college football game all season.
