Louisville’s quarterback, Lamar Jackson, is red hot. In the FIRST QUARTER alone vs. Syracuse on Friday, Jackson threw a 72-yard touchdown pass, then ran for three more scores. In the second quarter, he only had one TD — and he hurdled a defender for it.
— SportsCenter (@SportsCenter) September 10, 2016Syracuse fired back with two touchdowns to close the half after this play, but, I mean, this play cannot be ignored. Lamar Jackson is a 6-foot-3 sophomore quarterback.
At the half, Louisville leads, 35-21.
Update: The Cardinals beat Syracuse by a landslide — 62-28.
Lamar Jackson's 610 total yds is the most in ACC history.— ESPN (@espn) September 10, 2016
He's just the 2nd player in FBS history with 400 pass yds/150 rush yds in a game.
